Following a successful tender, Aruba was appointed by Tewkesbury Borough Council to design, produce and install a new Visitor Information Point (VIP) within the newly opened luxury Cotswolds Designer Outlet (CDO).
Located on the outskirts of Tewkesbury, the VIP was created to encourage outlet visitors to discover the town centre, highlighting the easy route into town alongside its independent shops, restaurants, pubs, hotels, attractions and events.
We designed and delivered the complete space, including high-quality LED lightboxes and wall graphics across four walls, together with a digital display and a suite of video content promoting Tewkesbury and its events throughout the year.
A fantastic project that took us from tender win to installation, working closely with Tewkesbury Borough Council throughout. We were proud to see the finished Visitor Information Point officially opened by the Mayor of Tewkesbury Borough and later promoted by the Lead Councillor.
Cllr Richard Stanley, leader of Tewkesbury Borough Council, said: “It looks fantastic. … there’s an amazing guest visitor centre where there’s a whole display of Tewkesbury town. We want to make sure people come and visit the outlet and spend their money but also come into our beautiful town and see everything it’s got to offer.”
